Our support cover is designed to provide a single point of contact for
any IT related problems. Telephone support provides a first line of
contact to try and resolve an issue immediately but should it be
required, an engineer can be called out to site for any server or
network infrastructure problems.
order to maintain our prices, we avoid going on-site to repair PC
faults. We would generally expect customers to have a spare PC
available, which would simply need to be plugged in to allow the user to
continue working. The faulty PC would then be sent back to us, and we
would quote a fixed price repair cost for it.
Computers Ltd offers several methods of support, depending on your
location and the problem.
This is the most standard method of support used by the company for
minor every day issues. We are available 5 days a week from 9-7 pm.
Using software such as
Team Viewer, we are able to connect to your PC from our work base and
repair any difficulties from there. This technique allows the problem to
be solved without the hassle of physically moving hardware and distance
is not an issue.
This is usually resorted to when there is a hardware problem or the PC
can not be connected to externally.
contracts are simple to understand and do not have a lock in period,
they are based on a monthly rolling payments, and all we ask for is 14
Printers are not included on our contracts, as we believe these should
